I hope that you are enjoying your holiday.  I am finally settling down a bit.  The dinner has been cooked, eaten, and the kitchen is clean.  The gifts have been opened, and everyone is relaxing.  I like all the excitement that leads up to Christmas, but I really enjoy the time when I sit back, and enjoy the blessings in my life.  You know family, friends, good health, employment, a roof over my head, food on the table, and so on..... And most importantly JESUS!  HE is the reason for this day!

Hello Friends....Its been quiet around here.  Just busy with life!  You know work, kids, housework, the holidays, and so on.  But I managed to get one card done today.  Sometimes it works to my advantage, when I don't have a lot of time to create, because then I have to just make a project.  And not change my mind 100 times!  Enough rambling.

This card was fairly quick.  I used one of Ann's lovely Christmas Sentiments. These are so easy to use, by just sizing, printing, and cutting.  Are you done with Christmas cards, and shopping?  Well, I am not done with either task.  But I will get it done somehow!!!!!

The digi stamp I used on this card was a free set from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff.  Its a very nice set, that will allow you to make a project that is simple or more involved if you choose.

I have not mailed out 1 Christmas card yet.  So, I am on a mission to get them done this weekend.  Because, it would just be a BIG NO NO, if had to buy a box of cards this year.  LOL

I really like the way this turned out.  These are non traditional Christmas colors, but it works!  Someone will be getting this in the mail soon.  And I am all about, quick cards this weekend, so I made two of these.

I made this card with my 12 year wedding anniversary in mind.  I had all kinds of ideas, but I wanted to give my husband this card, so I trying not to make it a girly card. I got the idea to do a side step card, from the Technique Junkie Fancy Folds & Motions CD. This CD is full of cool techniques, that I can t wait to try.  The colors black and gold look so elegant together. For some reason, I could not seem to get a decent picture anywhere in my house today, and it was windy outside.
